Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve electronic camera shake correction with high performance by removing the defect of a matching method on a reproduction device with respect to a video taken by camera shake correction. SOLUTION: A video encoded stream acquired by encoding a video signal taken by camera shake correction by an imaging device and shake correction quantity to be acquired by shake correction are input from an imaging device to a reproduction device 20. A decoding part 21 decodes the video encoded stream. A camera shake correction part 24 performs more accurate camera shake correction than a conventional matching method based on correction value information and moving vectors used for the matching processing of each division region supplied from a moving vector detection part 22 and shake correction quantity transferred from the imaging device. In this case, even when any image section having moving vectors as the value of the mixture of hand blur and the movement of an image exists, it is decided that the mean moving vectors of the image section are not similar to shake correction quantity, and the group showing the mean moving vectors is determined as an invalid group, and the moving vectors of the group are not used for camera shake correction.
