Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooking oven capable of accurately detecting boil without carrying out complicated processes. SOLUTION: The induction heating cooking oven is provided with an infrared detection means 5 for detecting an infrared ray emitted from the bottom surface of a cooking vessel 1, a temperature detection means 6 for detecting a temperature of the cooking vessel 1 from its output, a heat-sensitive temperature detection means 8 for detecting a temperature from an output of a heat-sensitive element 7 fitted on a top plate 2, and a boiling detection means 9 for detecting boil from an output of the temperature detection means 6. Since the boiling detection means 9 carries out boiling detection by correcting the temperature detection means 6 by the heat-sensitive temperature detection means 8, the temperature of the cooking vessel 1 calculated by the temperature detection means 6 through the infrared detection means 5 is not affected by a shape of the bottom surface of the cooking vessel 1, and thus, even if there is disturbance, boiling can be accurately detected without carrying out complicated processes.
