Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar signal processor capable of detecting a target, irrespective of the Doppler speed. SOLUTION: A velocity of a target in next CPI is predicted in accordance with a Doppler speed of a target calculated for each CPI. A reception I channel/Q channel signal is applied to an MTI processing section 3 to perform a clutter removing process, so long as the target velocity is not 0. If the predicted target velocity is 0, process change switches 1, 2 are switched so as to separate the MTI processing section 3 and as a result, the reception I-channel/Q-channel signal is connected to a zero Doppler filter processing section 5.
