PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cycle testing apparatus capable of determining exact lifetime of a number of cycles when subjecting to a cycle testing which combines salt spray, drying, etc. and which is intended for confirming corrosion resistance of an electronic component for wireless communication, and to provide a combined cycle testing method. SOLUTION: The cycle testing appalatus consists of a corrosion resistance testing device consisting of a dipping section and a drying furnace, a communication property reading device consisting of a communication property sensor, an electronic component holding section loading an electronic component of an inspection object, and a motion mechanism and a device controlling section driving the electronic component holding part up and down. The cycle testing appalatus has its functions to drive up and down the electronic component of the object, to carry out one cycle of testing in the corrosion resistance testing device, and to read communication property of the electronic component that is an inspection object of the communication property reading device.
