Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide golf training shoes designed to correct a user's weight shift in his/her swaying, which allows the user to sense even a subtle weight shift in the back-and-forth or side-to-side direction or any other direction. SOLUTION: This golf shoe developed for training purposes includes soft and elastic support bodies that are fixed on a sole portion including three arbitrary points surrounding the sole's gravity center with their bottom surfaces arranged roughly in parallel with the inner sole, which allows a user to stand in a straight and stable position, and also to sense even his/her subtle weight shifting in the back-and-forth or side-to-side direction as the support bodies become deformed and the sole becomes tilted when the user moves his/her weight balance.
