Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion device and its manufacturing method capable of positioning accurately a moving element and a lid and generating a smooth relative movement of the moving element and a track piece. SOLUTION: The motion device 1 is equipped with the track piece 2 and the moving element 3 inserted into the track piece 2 and guided in such a way as able to reciprocate in the extending direction L of the track piece 2, wherein the moving element 3 holds rollers internally, which are sealed to the moving element 3 by the lid 4 arranged at the two ends in the extending direction L of the moving element 3, the element 3 being furnished with a positioning hole 3d penetrating in the extending direction L, characterized by that the moving element 3 and the lid 4 are positioned by the use of the locating hole 3d.
