PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center console structure of a vehicle capable of compactly constituting an armrest, a storage part accessible from both front and rear seats having a large perpendicular height, a rear vent at a high position, and an air-conditioning operation part of the rear vent. SOLUTION: This center console structure of a vehicle is installed between right and left front seats 1, 2 of a compartment, and a rear face of the structure is positioned in front of a rear seat 4. This center console structure comprises a console body 11, a storage part 12 having a predetermined height in a perpendicular direction across an almost entire console body, extending forward and backward and opened upward and backward, an armrest 13 enabling an upper opening of the storage part to be opened and closeed and having a rear vent at its rear part, and a rear blower 14 installed in front of the storage part of the console body. The armrest is connected to an air-conditioning duct 17 connected to the rear blower and extending upward in front of the storage part, and has an inner duct 18 formed in the armrest.
