Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellphone reduced in size for portable use and to be enlarged to display a large image. SOLUTION: The cellphone 10 is provided with a display 11 of flexible structure folded around a body of the cellphone 10. The cellphone can be folded when carried, and enlarged to display a large screen. Artificial muscles 15 may be attached to the back face of the display 11. A switch 16 supplies a drive current to the artificial muscles 15 using a power source of the cellphone. The current is supplied to the artificial muscles 15 to change the size of the display 11.
