Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient apparatus for transferring a definite number of particulate food products. SOLUTION: A food product transferring apparatus (1) for transferring the particulate food products has: a trough (6) constituted so that a number of the particulate food products (B) are placed thereon to move the particulate food products (B) from the upstream side to the downstream side; a channel part (26) arranged on the downstream side of the trough (6) and receiving the particulate food products (B) moving to the downstream side in a line; and a transferring part (8) for transferring the particulate food products (B) received in the channel part (26). The transferring part (8) has: an adsorbing opening (42) for adsorbing a definite number of the particulate food products (B) received in the channel part (26); and actuators (46 and 48) for moving the adsorbing opening (42).
