Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a size and weight of a device to simplify a structure, and to accurately change over supply of intake air vacuum by an air ejector according to existence of hot water flowing in a hot water passage. SOLUTION: A vacuum supply device 1 is provided with: a throttle body 6 provided in an intake air passage 3 of an engine 2 and including a bore 8 and a throttle valve 9; a bypass passage 10 having both ends opened to the bore 8 at an upstream and at a downstream of the throttle valve 9; the air ejector 11 increasing intake air vacuum acting on the bypass passage 10 from the intake air passage 2; and a temperature sensing valve 12 provided in the bypass passage 10 and opening and closing by deformation of the temperature sensing medium. Intake air vacuum acting on the bypass passage 10 by opening the temperature sensing valve 12 is increased by the air ejector 11 and is supplied to a brake booster 13. A bypass passage 10 is provided at a throttle body 6 as one unit, a hot water passage 25 is provided in the throttle body 6, and the temperature sensing valve 12 is provided adjacently to the hot water passage 25.
