PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxetane polymer having excellent adhesive properties such as adhesion, holding force, tuck property, reworkability, recycling property or the like. SOLUTION: The oxetane polymer is a copolymer having a first repeating unit expressed by general formula (1) and a second repeating unit expressed by general formula (2). In the formulas (1) and (2), R11and R21are the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a hydroxyalkyl group which may be substituted with a halogen atom, an ether oxygen-containing organic group or an aliphatic hydrocarbon group or an organic polymer group, and R12and R22are the same or different and each represents a hydroxyl group, a hydroxyalkyl group which may be substituted with a halogen atom, an ether oxygen-containing organic group or a hydrocarbon group or an organic polymer group, wherein adjacent R11and R12and/or R21and R22may form a ring by binding to each other (provided that the first repeating unit and the second repeating unit are different).
