PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a receiving stand which enables the contents to be discharged into a lower container body by mounting a flexible container bag in a stable attitude, enables the opening work of the bottom of the flexible container bag to be stably efficiently carried out, and allows the same receiving stand to be used by being installed on a container body with a different size. SOLUTION: The container with the receiving stand has the receiving stand 5 for mounting the flexible container bag and the container body 2 for storing the discharged content. The container body 2 has an opened upper end and is a large-sized container with an opening larger than a size of a receiving frame 6 in a plan view. The receiving frame 6 which is large enough to stably mount the flexible container bag has a shape for discharging the content in the flexible container bag and is arranged in a horizontal posture over the opening of the container main body 2. Individual leg members 7 are arranged with their upper ends attached to the receiving frame 6, and the lower ends of the respective leg members 7 are supported at each position at half way in height at the inner side surfaces of the side plates 2a of the container body 2.
