Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerical control apparatus capable of preventing a positional difference from increasing between respective control axes, and capable of preventing a load from being applied to a connection part, when connecting a plurality of servo motors to perform synchronous operation. SOLUTION: In this numerical control apparatus, an initial speed of a moving command for respective control axes at servo-on are determined according to parameter setting, a level relation of actual speeds or a speed difference thereof, and the positional difference is made not to increase between the respective control axes, when executing the moving commands after the servo-on. A target objective axes is also determined based on the level relation of the actual speeds, using the initial speed of the moving command as the actual speed in each control axis, the other control axes are accelerated or decelerated by a command acceleration or deceleration, using the position and the speed of the target objective axis as targets, the positional difference and speed difference between the respective control axes are gradually eliminated during the execution of the moving commands after the servo-on, and an abrupt speed change is eliminate thereby to restrain a mechanical shock.
