PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a use charge recalculation program for reducing the labor of an operator, and for making it difficult to generate any input mistake by regulating a final date before the change of an object period and a start date after the change of the object period. SOLUTION: When an instruction to change an object period by an operator is made, the object period display function of a use charge recalculation program displays a first date input column for inputting the start date of the object period and a second date input column for inputting the final date of the object period, and a first regulating function regulates the input date according to the object period when the date is input to the first date input column by the operator, and a second regulating function regulates the input date according to the object period when the date is input to the second date input column by the operator.
