Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water collecting and draining board having sufficient strength for withstanding a shock from the outside and soil pressure and flexural strength being proper for deformation in every direction and capable of preventing it from becoming flat and being broken due to its collapse to maintain a drainage space sufficiently and guide the collected water into a drain pipe or the like quickly. SOLUTION: This water collecting and draining board is composed of sheet-like members 1, 21, 31 constituted by forming many projections 1a, 21a, 31a to hold the predetermined space by projecting them on at least one surface and a water permeating net 2 provided with numerous minute water permeable holes. The sheet-like members 1, 21, 31 are provided with the projections 1a, 21a, 31a and connection parts 1b, 21b, 31b connecting the projections 1a, 21a, 31a mutually, respectively, and the water permeating nets 2 are arranged on both of surface and rear surface of the sheet-like members 1, 21, 31, respectively.
