SOLUTION: In the present, a serial number, a URL, or an error code is stored in a nonvolatile memory 21 of a PND 2; the serial number, the URL, or the error code are read and displayed on a monitor 4; the serial number, the URL or the error code which are displayed on the monitor 4 are transferred to a portable telephone 6 by using an off-line communication, such as radio communication, an imaging process of the portable telephone 6 corresponding to the QR code(TM), or via a memory card without requiring the troublesome operation at all, with respect to the user.
