Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress insufficient oil return of a compressor due to an isolated operation of a first evaporator and to suppress deterioration in air conditioning feeling of a passenger in a vehicle cabin. SOLUTION: In the refrigerating cycle device for a vehicle, the first evaporator 5 and a second evaporator 7 are connected in parallel, and a flow passage opening and closing means for interrupting a refrigerant flow with respect to the second evaporator 7 when performing the isolated operation of the first evaporator 5 is not provided in a refrigerant passage on the second evaporator 7 side. A second pressure reducing means 6 includes a thermosensitive chamber 64 filled with a gas medium whose pressure rises according to a temperature rise of an outlet side refrigerant of the second evaporator 7, a valve element 6c whose opening is increased by a pressure rise of the gas medium inside the thermosensitive chamber 64, and an electric heater 70 for heating the gas medium inside the thermosensitive chamber 64 by energization, and is a temperature type expansion valve for controlling the degree of superheating of the outlet side refrigerant of the second evaporator 7. When the isolated operation of the first evaporator 5 is performed and a predetermined period of time of the operation time of the isolated operation passes, the electric heater is energized.
