Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an operation to reduce the frequency of maintenance of an engine as a power source, and to elongate a service life of the engine, with respect to the control of the operation of an air conditioning device including a GHP (gas-type air conditioning device). SOLUTION: This electric-gas type mixed air conditioning control system 1 comprises a target operation time calculating means 31a, a schedule creating means 31b, and an operation control means 36. A first air conditioning device applies an electric motor as its power source. A second air conditioning device applies a gas engine as its power source. The target operation time calculating means calculates a target operation time of the second air conditioning device on the basis of an operation service life of the gas engine and target years of operation of the gas engine. The schedule creating means creates operation schedules of the first air conditioning device and the second air conditioning device on the basis of the target operation time and an air-conditioning time zone as a time zone for air-conditioning a space. The operation control means operates the first air conditioning device and the second air conditioning device on the basis of the operation schedules. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
