Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device capable of preventing clogging of an oxidation catalyst when exhaust gas temperature is low and a flow rate is little and when post injection is performed. SOLUTION: This exhaust emission control device includes: the oxidation catalyst 9 provided in a front stage in a filter case 8 and a particulate filter 6 provided in a subsequent stage therein, and a dispersion plate 18 arranged upstream of the oxidation catalyst 9.
