Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem such as occurrence of weaving bar etc., by quickly making the warp tension of a loom at the start of operation correspond to that during operation. SOLUTION: A warp tension return switch 27 is pressed to carry out one rotation of normal rotation inching. A controller 2 stores the rotation angle of the loom from the rotation start position S1 to the stop position S2 of the loom and the warp tension measured by a load cell 20 corresponding to the rotational speed of each loom. The controller 2 calculates the average warp tension A of the stored warp tension and a deviation A1 from a preset target warp tension X in operation and stores the deviation as a correction value. The correction value is added to the warp tension B of the stop position S2 of the loom having a preset rotation angle of the loom to calculate a return target warp tension C at the stop position S2 of the loom. Then a tension is added to the warp T by the reverse rotation of a warp delivery motor 3. When the warp tension is made coincident with the return target warp tension C, the preparation of the operation start of the loom is completed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
