Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing frame structure enabling a complete use of a liquid in a vessel. SOLUTION: The fixing frame structure comprises a main body 10, a base seat 30 mounted on a bottom of the main body 10 and a support 20 mounted on the main body facing to the base seat 30. The support 20 is of a U-letter shape and has a space 210 parallel to the support between the same. The vessel 40 standing up side down is engaged with the space 210, and a small dish is placed on the base seat 30 to receive a surplus amount of the liquid overflowing from the vessel 40.
