PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of centrifugal casting concrete product by which the amount of discharged sludge is reduced, sludge water is recovered as it is, an inner surface is automatically finished and a good-quality product is manufactured in a centrifugal casting process of a concrete product. SOLUTION: Upon the manufacture of a centrifugal casting concrete product, a concrete mixed with a polycarboxylic acid type high-performance water reducing agent is used, during low-speed rotation of a molding pipe after completion of molding, the sludge water produced on the inner surface of a concrete pipe is recovered by a suction pipe and, after recovery of sludge, finishing cement mortar containing an expansion material is supplied into the molding pipe to perform the finishing of the inner surface of the concrete pipe, wherein sand of grading having a diameter of 200 μm or less is used as the finishing mortar, the mass ratio of the sand to a hydraulic composition 100 pts.mass is 30 to 120 pts.mass and the expansion material is mixed by 3 to 11 pts.mass for cement 100 pts.mass.
