Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film magnetic memory device capable of executing a sufficient burn-in test for a digit line being a current line. SOLUTION: The thin film magnetic memory device includes a plurality of driver units provided corresponding to respectively a plurality of digit lines and controlling connection between one end side and first voltage, and a first external pad connected to the other end side. Voltage supplied to the first external pad during a test is different from second voltage. Thereby, fixed voltage can be applied in parallel from the other end side of each digit line by supplying fixed voltage having a high voltage level to the first external pad. Therefore, a sufficient burn-in test can be executed for the digit line being a current line, while a test time of the burn-in test can be shortened. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
