Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design method or the like for a mold, for obtaining an optimum shape of the mold when there is variation in a flow characteristics parameter of a resin. SOLUTION: Correction coefficients S when viscosity property data of resins B-D fit viscosity property data of a resin A are respectively obtained, and correlation between MFRs and the correction coefficients S of the resins A-D is obtained. Based on the correlation, relation between a shear rate and a viscosity of a resin X is estimated in a first case that the MFR of the resin X has an arbitrary value and a second case that the MFR of the resin X becomes a sampling value. Based on the relation between the shear rate and the viscosity in the first case and the second case, injection molding analysis when using a member 50 having an arbitrary cavity thickness is performed, and a value of an evaluation function is obtained based on an analysis result thereof.
