Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable heat radiation plate easy to be packed, transported and placed, and preventive of the buckling of fluid pipes. SOLUTION: The foldable heat radiation plate comprises a plurality of bases having a plurality of plate bodies in single faces on which grooves are engraved, and connected to one another via bendable connection portions. The fluid pipes are embedded in the grooves. In a boundary between at least one of pipe communication portions where the fluid pipes cross the connection portions and the extension line of the pipe communication portion, an elongation means is provided for separating the adjacent bases from each other.
