Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eaves gutter hanger which facilitates mounting of an eaves gutter thereon irrespective of whether a front lug or a rear lug of the eaves gutter is precedently mounted. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the eaves gutter 20, an upper region 21a of a front wall 21 is bent in two stages toward the inside thereof so that an upper edge 26 of the front wall is flatly formed and inclined downward from the horizontal line, and that the front lug portion 27 having an almost semi-circular cross section is formed on an eaves gutter internal side of the upper edge 26. Then the eaves gutter hanger 30 has a front lug holding recess 33 having an almost semi-circular cross section, which is formed at a front edge 31b thereof in a manner opening upward so as to fit and store therein the front lug portion 27 of the eaves gutter 20. An edge 34 of the front lug holding recess 33 is inclined downward from the horizontal line at an angle θ of about 25 degrees. Further an engaging piece 37 for engaging the front lug portion 27 with a rear edge 34a of the front lug holding recess 33 is protruded frontward, and a front edge 37a of the engaging piece 37 is formed with a guide surface 39 which extends above the edge 34 in front of the front lug holding recess 33.
