PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a two-color molding wherein a cylindrical second resin molded part having a membranous lid is formed in a first resin molded part at a low cost by a simple method. SOLUTION: A void part 43 forming the cylindrically shaped membranous lid of the second resin molded part 51 is formed in a cavity 4 in an initial configuration into which a slide core 1 is inserted. The first resin 2 whose fluidity is lower than that of the second resin 3 is injected into the cavity 4 in the initial configuration. The first resin 2 is packed in a first resin molded space 42 formed by the cavity 4 in the initial configuration excluding the void part 43 to mold the first resin molded part 41. Next, the second resin 3 is injected into a new cavity 5. The second resin 3 is packed in the void part 43 and a second resin molded space 52 formed by the new cavity 5 to form the second resin molded part 51. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
