Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas measuring instrument capable of explaining the correlation between simulation evaluation of a chemical substance diffusing status and chemical substance diffusion regarding an article which is comprised of a plurality of materials or parts. SOLUTION: At the upstream of the inlet side of a plurality of cavity type vessels 1, 2, and 3 which has gas inlet channels 1a, 2a, and 3a and gas exiting channels 1b, 2b, and 3b, and which can be ventilated and is variable in volume; gas supply means 4, 5, and 6 is installed. Also, a mixer 10 installed at the outlet side, where gases flowing out of the vessels 1, 2, and 3 and passing through flow control meanses 7, 8, and 9 are mixed, and a synthesizing vessel 11, where the gases mixed in the mixer 10 are synthesized, are connected.
