PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-size exhaust emission control device with an exhaust passage turned around on the way, wherein reducing agent can be diffused to flow into a NOx catalyst arranged in the exhaust passage on the downstream side. SOLUTION: The casing of the exhaust emission control device includes a body part storing the exhaust passage on the upstream side and the exhaust passage on the downstream side, and a cover part mounted on the first face of the body part and provided with the outlet side opening of the exhaust passage on the upstream side and the inlet side opening of the exhaust passage on the downstream side. A turn-around part consists of a space encircled by the body part and the cover part. At least one of the first face of the body part and the second face of the cover part opposed to the first face, there are provided a guide part which is arranged along the direction of intersecting the first face and the second face for guiding the flow of exhaust gas, and a reducing agent diffusing part which is arranged on the way of the flow of exhaust gas to be guided by the guide part for accelerating the mixture of the reducing agent into the exhaust gas.
