Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtains a packaging device which lowers a packaging cost while securing a safety factor of compression strength even if the quality of a corrugate cardboard material is downgraded. SOLUTION: This packaging device packaging a ventilation fan, which is provided with a plurality of mounting legs 4 fixed on a rectangular mounting frame 3 forming a back structure extending toward the outside of the outer diameter of an impeller 2 in the radius direction of the outer shell of a motor 1 and with an orifice 5 surrounding the impeller 2 in the center of the frame 3, with the motor 1 side up and the frame 3 side down has JISZ1507 C-1 type corrugated cardboard boxes 7 arranged one above the other. A U-shaped corrugated cardboard side face holder 8 holding both sides of the frame 3 is provided between the boxes 7. The holder 8 is mounted with an inside cushioning material 11 which is roughly as high as the holder 8 and is provided with a cushioning part 10 for supporting the orifice 5 by contacting the outer periphery of the orifice roughly diagonal in plane view.
