Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge static electricity inside of a vehicle to a road surface while employing a strip winding method, to improve formation accuracy of a cap rubber portion, and to suppress crack or the like between rubber strips. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire is provided with the cap rubber portion 12 formed with a contact surface SL with an inner peripheral surface brought into contact with a tread conductive portion 13 electrically conducted with a rim J and a grounding surface SU with a peripheral surface grounded on the road surface. The cap rubber portion 12 has a structure of a plurality of layers radially superposed. Each rubber layer portion 14 is provided with a non-conductive winding portion 41A composed of a non-conductive strip portion 15A and a conductive winding portion 41B composed of a conductive strip portion 15B by spirally winding a strip 15 with the non-conductive strip portion 15A and the conductive strip portion 15B spliced longitudinally.
