Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shearing type crusher capable of facilitating the replacing work of a rotary blade or a fixed blade, removing work of an object to be treated in the case of being clogged, and maintenance work such as an inspection and a cleaning. SOLUTION: The shearing type crusher 1 comprises: the rotor rotary blade 30 having multiple rotary blades 31 on the outer surface 33 of a rotor 32 set in a crushing chamber 3; the fixed blade 4 set in the crushing chamber 3 at a position cooperating with the rotary blades 31 with a given crushing space L; a pusher housing frame body 5 communicatingly provided with the crushing chamber 3 and reciprocatingly moving a pusher 6 pressing the object to be treated to the rotor rotary blade 30; an opening 52 for maintenance provided on a floor face 51 on which the pusher 6 of the pusher containing frame body 5 reciprocatingly moves; and a hatch 53 openably/closably closing the opening 52.
