Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an imaging apparatus such as a digital camera etc., having a consecutive shooting function to acquire images imaged under respectively suitable imaging conditions for a plurality of objects that a user intends and to enable the user to confirm which object imaging aims at currently. SOLUTION: Image data are generated by imaging subjects and displayed on a liquid crystal monitor 18, two or more prescribed objects P are detected from the image data, and frames (F1 to F4) enclosing the detected objects (P1 to P4) are respectively displayed on the liquid crystal monitor 18. Imaging conditions are determined for the detected objects (P1 to P4) and while the determined imaging conditions are changed for the objects (P1 to P4), the subjects are consecutively shot; and the display form of a frame (for example, the frame F1) enclosing an object (for example, P1) that imaging conditions of current imaging aiming at is changed during the consecutive shooting, and two or more consecutively shot image data are recorded in external recording media or an internal memory.
