SOLUTION: A charge calculation system 1 of instantaneous drop preventing service for calculating the charge concerning the instantaneous voltage drop prevention service by an instantaneous fall countermeasure device 150, based on an operation state whether the detected instantaneous fall countermeasure device 150 operates with a state detection means 21, attached to the instantaneous fall countermeasure device 150 for compensating the instantaneous voltage fall of a commercial power source, includes a receiving means 31 for receiving information, indicating an operation state from the state detection means 21; an operation counting means 32 for counting the number of times operated by the instantaneous fall countermeasure device 150, based on working state information received by the receiving means 31; a contract content input means 33 for receiving the input of service charge contract contents of customers who receive the instantaneous voltage fall prevention service; and a charge calculating means 35 for calculating the service charge, based on the number of times of the operations and service charge contract contents.
