Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong ignition coil that eliminates strain caused by a pin mark formed on the surface of a core even in applying a core that is an insert product as a constituent material of a coil assembly, and prevents cracks from being generated in an insulating resin where a filled casting material is solidified. SOLUTION: In the ignition coil, the coil assembly 10 is stored in a coil case 1, and the insulating resin is filled between respective constituent materials. The coil assembly 10 has primary and secondary coils and the core 18 formed of a plurality of core materials 181 or the like. Pin marks are covered with molded resins and formed in a molded resin film. In the pin marks, a core fixing pin when forming the molded resin film has been taken out. The core members 181 bury recesses of the pin marks by filling the pin marks 1814a-f and 1816a-f. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
