SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a toner cartridge 13 to store toner to be consumed in accordance with an operation to form a toner image on a form 18; a cartridge holder 41 that removably holds the toner cartridge 13; an opening/closing cover member 100 that openably covers the toner cartridge 13 and the cartridge holder 41; and a regulating part S disposed on the cover member 100, to regulate the toner cartridge 13 so that it may not deviate from the cartridge holder 41 while partly engaging with the toner cartridge 13.
