Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect abnormality of an exhaust emission control device using urea water. SOLUTION: A NOxselective reduction catalyst 15 is arranged in an engine exhaust path, and a urea water supply valve 17 is arranged upstream of the NOxselective reduction catalyst 15 in the engine exhaust path. Abnormality of the NOxselective reduction catalyst 15, a urea water supply system and urea water is determined based on results of detections by a NOxcontrol ratio detecting means for detecting a NOxcontrol ratio by the NOxselective reduction catalyst 15, a urea water supply quantity detecting means for detecting supply quantity of the urea water and a urea water concentration detecting means for detecting concentration of the urea water.
