Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a matter that the number of components or steps increases because extra component or soldering is required and thereby electric boards cannot be connected quickly. SOLUTION: A connector 30 having a planar body portion 32 holds a first electric board 10 on a pair of first right/left latches 34 folded from the body portion at substantially right angle, and holds a second electric board 20 by a pair of second right/left holding arms 36 provided similarly below a first holding arm. The position of the first electric board 10 is held by setting the first latch 34b of the first holding arm in the engaging cut 14 of the first electric board, while the position of the second electric board 20 is held by setting the second latch 39a at the body portion of the connector in the engaging hole 24 of the second electric board. Under resiliency of a substantially arcuate spring 32a formed in the body portion 32, a first connection terminal group on the backside of the first electric board and a second connection terminal group on the end face of the substrate of a second electric terminal are jointed with pressure.
