Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device capable of improving productivity by enhancing efficiency of assembly work. SOLUTION: This bearing device 10 is provided with a rolling bearing 11, and a fixation plate 12 fitted to a small-diameter step part 18 formed in an axial end outer peripheral part of an outer ring 13 of the rolling bearing 11 to fix the rolling bearing 11 to a housing. A lock groove 19 continuing to an end surface of the small-diameter step part 18 is formed in an outer peripheral part of the small-diameter part 18, and lock claws 21 locked to the lock grooves 19 are formed protrusively radially inward at a plurality of parts in the circumferential direction of the inner peripheral part of the fixation plate 12. The lock claws 21 are locked to the lock grooves 19 by axially pressing and molding a plurality of parts in the circumferential direction of an inside part periphery of the fixation plate 12 by catching them, with the fixation plate 12 fitted to the small-diameter step part 18, between an end surface of the small-diameter step part 18 and it, and bulging, radially inward, the contact positions to the end surface of the small-diameter part 18 in the plurality of parts in the circumferential direction of the inside part periphery of the fixation plate 12.
