PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing green tea leaves of Eucommia ulmoides and/or mulberry tea in a simple method without adopting a troublesome means of storing raw leaves or complicated production steps for Eucommia ulmoides and mulberry leaves, and without using a specific agent. SOLUTION: This method for producing a dried green tea leaf includes: a roasting step in which at least one kind of raw leaf chosen from among Eucommia ulmoides, mulberry, and butterbur leaves, to be used as its raw material, is roasted at 300 to 350°C; a drying step in which the roasted leaf is continuously or intermittently heated with microwaves or far-infrared rays under diminished pressure; and a pulverizing step in which the obtained dried tea leaf is pulverized into powder by air current and in a vacuum.
