Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture to reduce variation in an assembly dimension etc., and to increase the speed of work without causing a scratch on a part in re-tightening or disassembling. SOLUTION: An assembling fixture is a fixture for assembling/disassembling a valve seat 16 forming a valve opening to/from a valve main body 11 of a valve unit 10 in contact with an inlet port of a container for liquid injection. The valve assembling fixture has clamps 43, 44 to position and fix the valve main body to a fixture main body with the valve opening facing upward in the state of temporarily fastening the valve seat to the valve main body in advance, an adaptor 60 having a shape portion 64 corresponding to the shape of the upper end surface of the valve seat so as to be engaged with the upper end surface of the valve seat, a lever 53 having a pressing portion movable in the vertical axis direction so as to press the adaptor against the upper end surface, and operating so as to move the shaft 51 vertically downward, and a fixing portion 54 of the valve seat rotatable so as to hold the upper end surface by operating the lever.
