Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a signal separating and extracting apparatus for successively separating and extracting original signals with excellent reliability from signals for which the plurality of signals from different signal origins are mixed and received while being adapted to the change of a reception environment. SOLUTION: When blindly separating the signals for which the plurality of original signals are mixed and received and extracting the respective source signals, the results of blind separation to the time immediately before connection are grouped relating to incoming direction information, they are stored as direction clusters, the results of the blind separation to the time immediately before the connection are grouped by mutual correlation between waveforms and they are stored as waveform clusters. Then, when successively connecting the signals immediately after the separation, the connecting destination is judged on the basis of the correspondence of both of the direction cluster and the waveform cluster for which the results of the past blind separation corresponding to the elapsed time to the time immediately before are accumulated and stored.
