Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emitter in which a message can be transmitted easily and a failure hardly occurs. SOLUTION: The emitter 10 is constituted of a light-emitting sheet in which an inorganic EL layer 12 of a sheet shape containing an inorganic EL material is pinched between a dielectric layer 11 of a dielectric of a sheet shape and a dielectric layer 13 of a transparent dielectric of a sheet shape, and a conductive layer 14. The conductive layer 11 is a well-known resin of, for example, polypropylene or the like and the dielectric layer 13 is a well-known transparent resin of, for example, polyethylene terephthalate. The inorganic EL layer 12 is constituted of the inorganic EL material to form a plurality of light-emitting particles and a dielectric material to disperse and support the plurality of light-emitting particles inside, and has one or more emission colors capable of perceiving a prescribed message. The conductive layer 14 is a transparent conductor and formed by forming a well-known transparent conductor film such as, for example, a tin indium oxide, and has an extension part 15 which is a portion extended in a direction near the ground by only a prescribed length.
