Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor capable of surely removing a noise component, formed of a detuning frequency as the difference between the driving frequency and the detection frequency of an oscillator. SOLUTION: The angular velocity sensor is provided with noise removing means 33 in a detection circuit 27. The removing means 33 is constituted by connecting in series a Butterworth filter, constituted of an active low-pass filter 36 and a passive low-pass filter 37, and a Chebyshev filter 38.
