PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying truck having a derrickable bottom plate while a locking mechanism of the bottom plate is constituted of a simple structure easy to operate. SOLUTION: The conveying truck has a back face frame, right and left side face frames, and a derrickable bottom plate. A lock pin is respectively fixed to both lower parts of a front end of the bottom plate, an engagement piece having a recessed groove curved in a hook shape with the width of allowing the lock pin to enter is respectively fixed to lower parts of the right and left side face frames opposing the lock pins with the bottom plate in a collapsed state, and a connection part of a rear end of the bottom plate to a lower part of the back face frame is constituted so that the rotational supporting point of the bottom plate can be displaced in both the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction. A projecting part facing the recessed groove projecting above the lock pin at the position at which the lock pin is advanced to the lowest end of the recessed groove of the engagement piece is constituted to keep the collapsed state of the bottom plate by regulating the upward movement of the lock pin.
