Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a speaker having a wiring board onto which an LED emitting light to the back of a diaphragm is mounted to be decomposed into a frame, the wiring board, and a magnetic circuit. SOLUTION: A magnetic circuit section 15 is attached to a magnet attachment section 11 of the frame 3 with a screw 16. A printed-wiring board 23 is sandwiched between the magnetic circuit section 15 and the frame 3, and is screwed to a substrate support section 12 and the rear wall 3b of the frame 3 with a screw 27. The magnetic circuit section 15 can be disconnected from the frame 3 by extracting the screw 16. After that, by extracting the screw 27, the printed-wiring board 23 can be removed from the frame 3. More specifically, the speaker 1 can be decomposed into the frame 3, the printed-wiring board 23, and the magnetic circuit section 15, thus facilitating work, such as the removal of the printed-wiring board 23 for repair and exchange.
