PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure margin setting system of a building for easily coping with future plan change by designing a building by considering a structure margin without causing excess design even in renovation resulting in increase of a slight vertical load, or in conforming to the revision of a construction standard law or the revision of each standard and to provide a building designed and constructed by using this system. SOLUTION: This structure margin setting support system of a building is provided with a structure margin setting part 2 for setting a predetermined structure margin for a structure calculation inspection value preliminarily set in designing the structure of a building; a structure margin discrimination part 3 for discriminating whether or not the maximum inspection value calculated by the structure calculation of the building exceeds a predetermined structure calculation inspection value in consideration of the structure margin set by the structure margin setting part 2; and a display part 4 for displaying the result that the maximum inspection value calculated by the structure calculation of the building by the structure margin discrimination part 3 exceeds the predetermined structure calculation inspection value in consideration of the structure margin set by the structure margin setting part 2.
