PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling method and a sampling facility for sampling efficiently a sample for analyzing a recycling raw material including CU, AU, AG, PT and PD, used in copper smelting. SOLUTION: In this sampling method for sampling a sample for analyzing the recycling raw material used in copper smelting, (A) the recycling raw material which is not crushed is roughly crushed by a primary crusher into primary crushed materials having the size of about 50 mm, and (B) the primary crushed materials acquired in process (A) are crushed by a secondary crusher into secondary crushed materials having the size of 40 mm or smaller, and (C) the secondary crushed materials acquired in process (B) are sieved, and secondary crushed materials having the size larger than 30 mm are returned to the process (B) and crushed again, and crushed materials having the size of 30 mm or smaller are collected as samples.
