PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grout composition and grout mortar which have no shrinkability, hold satisfactory flowability, cause no bleeding or material separation, and have performance to prevent temperature crack by suppression of hydration heat, to reduce drying shrinkage and to prevent crack and are used in a field of civil engineering/construction. SOLUTION: The grout composition comprises cement, an expanding admixture comprising a calcium aluminoferrite-based expanding material and calcium sulfoaluminate-based expanding material, a shrinkage reducing agent, a fiber, a water-reducing admixture, a foaming material and fine aggregate, in which the diameter of the fiber is 0.004 to 0.15 mm, and the length is 1 to 20 mm. The fiber is 0.01 to 1 vol.pt in 100 vol.pts. grout composition. The water-reducing admixture comprises a naphthalene sulfonic acid-based water-reducing admixture and also, the grout composition comprises the naphthalene sulfonic acid-based water-reducing admixture, a lignin sulfonic acid-based water-reducing admixture, and/or a melamine sulfonic acid-based water-reducing admixture and contains dextrin. .
