Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device for a small boat capable of sufficiently reducing exhaust noise. SOLUTION: An inside of a water muffler 60 provided in a middle of exhaust pipes 53, 54 extending from an engine provided in a boat hull is divided into an expansion chamber 61 and a resonator chamber 62. A front side exhaust pipe 53 connected to an engine and a rear side exhaust pipe 54 opening to an outside of the boat are connected to the expansion chamber 61, and a resonator chamber 62 is directly connected to a middle part of the rear side exhaust pipe 54 via a connection pipe 54b.The water muffler 60 is arranged along a side of a pump chamber having a jet pump driven by an engine installed therein with putting a longitudinal direction in a fore-and-aft direction, and a second resonator chamber is arranged along the water muffler 60 at an outside of the water muffler.
